Before applying please make sure you meet our rental application requirements.
Rental Application Requirements
To qualify, you should have at least 2 years of positive rental and work history that is verifiable. Credit should be in good standing, with no evictions or unlawful detainers. Household income should be at least three times the rent amount in adjusted gross income. Section 8 voucher is accepted in lieu of income and must be submitted along with your application. We do not accept Cosigners.
All persons age 18 and over must fill out and submit a separate rental application and pay a separate application fee. A credit report will be requested.
Please be prepared to pay the $35.00 application fee as outlined in the property listing in order to submit the application. The payment of this fee will not guarantee a rental and is non-refundable once the application is processed.
Your application is good for 30 days from the day it’s submitted. If you don’t get approved for a property, you may transfer your application and apply for another property within the 30 days at no additional cost.
In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification, a copy of your current Rental Agreement, and provide copies of your last two payroll stubs, and the last W-2.
If you are self employed, you will need to furnish a copy of your tax return in full for the last two years. If you own your home, please provide a copy of your most recent mortgage statement and the last 2 month bank statements showing the mortgage payments.
Failure to submit any of the required above documents could result in your application not being approved.
Applications will NOT be accepted in our office.
Notice to or from Co-applicants. Any notice we give you or your co-applicant is considered notice to all co-applicants; and any notice from you or your co-applicant is considered notice from all co-applicants.
We will notify you whether you’ve been approved within 10 business days after the date we receive a completed Application.
Upon approval, applicant must pay a holding deposit. Said deposit will be applied towards the balance due upon your move-in. Holding deposit is due in the form of a cashier’s check or money order.
Whoever run this company is unprofessional and rude. I am an owner of one the property they used to manage and i ask them to provide me with with docs of my property. I talked to a person who seems to be the owner and he was rude, disrespectful with aggressive language. I was calm and trying to understand what i need to do in order to get docs of my property prior I bought where at that time they have to be managed by them. Do not deal with such people they dont care about you as much as they care abut getting their %
when a person who suppose to deal with tenants and landlord telling you " i don't want to hear your crab" when you are asking a normal question on how can i get the docs... then you can tell how professional they are!

Our property management lead, Leon, says what he means and means what he says. He's been reliable and up front with us on expectations throughout the process. He does not over-promise; he delivers upon his promises. No organization is perfect; we did have one repair from a third-party vendor double-invoiced, but APM ratified the error, quickly. It's the response to adversity that's more important than untested promises, and APM came through. We can't in good faith give higher than a four Star review because we have no other property management company experience with which to compare to APM; thus far, we're not looking to replace APM. APM is performing above expectations.

APM deserves 6 stars. I was referred to them by my real estate agent after I was frustrated with my previous property manager who failed to properly respond to my questions and concerns about the new rental law. Leon is very knowledgeable with the laws and he answered all the questions I had in 1 phone call. You don’t have to take my words for it. Give them a call and you will find out. I was sold after Leon was able to address all my questions that I was concerned with but never got straight answers from my previous property manager. My agent has referred clients to APM for 30 years and said that they are the property management company which many real estate agents in the area referred their clients to.
This property management have a whole list for you to get things done before moving out. Some of their checklist includes things that need to have professionally done for example like a drape/curtain that you never use and kept on storage and getting carpet cleaned when it was never cleaned before moving in. They make you do all these cleaning and you have to pay out of your own pocket to get the place clean. They even mention about painting the walls! I know some places own by them and the house have holes, patches , cracks they don’t even fix it so the people that’s moving in is basically have to do extra cleaning themself. This just upsets me because one of my friend is renting from the management and to me I feel like they try to scam you to do things for them when it should be their problem to do it!
Good property management company. They communicate well. Online platform makes it easy to get/obtain documents. They check on your tenants. They have a good process on how to do things. Thank you!
