APM deserves 6 stars. I was referred to them by my real estate agent after I was frustrated with my previous property manager who failed to properly respond to my questions and concerns about the new rental law. Leon is very knowledgeable with the laws and he answered all the questions I had in 1 phone call. You don’t have to take my words for it. Give them a call and you will find out. I was sold after Leon was able to address all my questions that I was concerned with but never got straight answers from my previous property manager. My agent has referred clients to APM for 30 years and said that they are the property management company which many real estate agents in the area referred their clients to.

This property management have a whole list for you to get things done before moving out. Some of their checklist includes things that need to have professionally done for example like a drape/curtain that you never use and kept on storage and getting carpet cleaned when it was never cleaned before moving in. They make you do all these cleaning and you have to pay out of your own pocket to get the place clean. They even mention about painting the walls! I know some places own by them and the house have holes, patches , cracks they don’t even fix it so the people that’s moving in is basically have to do extra cleaning themself. This just upsets me because one of my friend is renting from the management and to me I feel like they try to scam you to do things for them when it should be their problem to do it!

They took care of our property, 212 union city for over an year. My husband and I are very pleased with their services.
We found them to be reasonable, trustworthy and honest.
Their fee wasn't the lowest and we were enticed by few other PMgr's but these guys have our trust.
We finally decided to sell the property and they were professional about it. No hassles at all.

The photo attached was my wife's actual 2016 Yelp review of this business. Their rebuttal on this review that it was fake. I have all the records to prove the legitimacy of this review. Think twice before you conduct business with them. I am the owner of the rental condo, my unit was totally trash by the tenant, I hired them to managed it and ended up dealing with the tenant on my own without their help.

I am an owner and was really unhappy with what happened recently my place was rented for 18 months when I told them in emails for one year and even the amount for the rent didn’t go up to what I said in the email it was totally ignored. I don’t like to rent my place for more than a year at a time especially when I told them early on I was thinking about selling it. Not knowing when you sign a property management agreement that they have the right to do whatever they want with the lease or the amount because you’re given them permission and I didn’t see it until after I signed the property management agreement the amounts with the 18 month lease. So if you’re an owner and thinking about going to this company you better make dang sure about the amounts and what the lease is before you sign anything. They have agreed to take a hit on the rent for the next 18 months out of their maintenance fees but I’m still unhappy with 18 months and the whole thing. I was told the other guy that did it has a lot of rentals well then he should be doing a different job if he’s not paying attention.

This is my second property management company. Unlike my first management company, I really like and appreciate the works they did for me as the owner of the house. They listen to me and provide very useful information to me whenever I got questions. The team has demonstrated the highest professional standard in answering calls, responding to emails etc..
I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a property management company to take care of their rental houses.
