VACANT PROPERTIES, WE HAVE A KEY CHECK OUT POLICY. Keys are checked out from 9:00am to 3:00pm daily and we are closed 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch daily. You must have a valid driver's license to check out a key and a "cash" deposit of $100.00 to check out a key. The $100.00 "cash" is returned to you when you bring back the keys. It is recommended that you call our office first to make sure keys are available for the property you are interested in. There is a two hour time limit on having the keys out of the office.
OCCUPIED PROPERTIES, WE SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITH THE EXISTING TENANTS OR HAVE AN OPEN HOUSE. Please call our office for open house times or for setting up appointments to see the inside 510 487-2583 x 10.
