We have a computerized accounting system. This enables you to see all income and expenses incurred on a monthly basis. These statements are sent to you monthly. We also have automated bank-to-bank deposits to get your rent money to you faster.
We can pay your mortgage payments, association fees, tax bills, insurance premiums, and any other required payments for you.
Safety inspections are done on your behalf on each home or apartment unit. We provide you the inspection report and photos via the internet through a special link to our web site we will provide to you. This inspection report provides our owners a clear way to proceed with preventative maintenance and helps prevent tenant neglect.

Plan "A"- Fee: 7% of the scheduled gross rent amount. We help you fill the vacancy with a qualified applicant. Do a complete check of all prospective applicants. All applicants are subject to owner's approval. Assist you in advertising your property. Collect monthly rents. Make an initial video tape of the property. Contact the owner regarding repairs. Mail warning notices to tenants as needed. Submit insurance claims on the owner's behalf. Send a computerized accounting of the property each month. Safety inspection at each property for a total cost of $50.00 a year per unit.
Plan "B"- Fee: 10% of the scheduled gross rent amount. Includes all the services listed above in Plan "A". We make all the monthly payments, mortgage payments, insurance payments, taxes, etc.
Plan "C"**- Fee: $300.00 flat fee, and owner agrees to pay the cost of any approved advertising. We help you fill the vacancy with a qualified applicant. Do a complete credit check and all other verifications on all prospective applicants. All applicants are subject to the owner's approval. We do not manage the property under Plan "C  ** NOTE: This plan requires a payment of $300.00 to be paid in advance. ". We provide a signed rental agreement for you.
